At MyTransCore, we strive to deliver transparent and reliable credit services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
2. Service Nature
Our services include digital credit analysis, CIBIL score retrieval, credit repair tools, and financial insights. Once a service is activated or credit data is fetched from bureaus, the process cannot be reversed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel a service request before credit bureau processing begins.
- Once bureau APIs are triggered, cancellation is not possible.
- Subscription-based services can be cancelled anytime from the user dashboard.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if payment is deducted but service is not initiated.
- No refunds once credit reports are generated or insights are delivered.
- Processing fees and API charges are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within the standard banking timeline.
6. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are auto-processed unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes related to billing, refunds, or cancellations, users are requested to contact our support team with transaction details.
