4. Subscription and Payment

• New subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of subscription.
• Refunds after 14 days are considered only in exceptional cases (technical issues, billing errors, service disruptions).
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Unused credits, API calls, or features are generally non-refundable unless stated in the subscription plan.
